Exceptional Passage

For many years, I’ve learned that this life is a mysterious journey. Sometimes friends disappear, but then strangers become a closer companion. “Exceptional Passage“ was born from a desire to seek those who understand our dreams and stay on the path.

The colours were chosen to reflect both random choices, which sometimes don’t make sense. Neon pinks and oranges evoke passion, while greens comfort one’s heart. Black splatters represent the unpredictable paths life forces us along.

My process began with bold layered strokes, building a textured foundation. Then came spontaneous splashes, creating freedom to move forward. Each mark symbolises the unpredictable rhythm of having and losing people in our lives.

Life often feels like moving through doubts and hopes. I want collectors to feel comforted, knowing that there will always be someone who accompanies them in their journey. Hopefully, this piece will erase your worries whenever you feel alone.
