Motion of Mystery

I believe many of us have experienced that we are often drawn toward paths we cannot fully understand, yet something inside us still says, “Go closer.” I created Motion of Mystery from the feeling of standing in front of an unknown place, where fear and curiosity begin to speak at the same time. I wanted this painting to feel like a moment of discovery, with excitement filling our hearts.

As you can see, the background is covered with dark green, which symbolises the questions we carry and the mystery that surrounds our choices. I used gold to represent the spark that appears in the dark, the chance that feels rare and worth following. The contrast between shadow and gold gives this abstract painting its own depth, showing how wonder often begins in places that feel uncertain.

On the canvas, I let the gold lines move like pathways to represent the many paths in life. I wanted the pattern to feel alive, as though the painting is searching, turning, and reaching for its own answer.
