Glorious Moment

“Glorious Moment” explores vulnerability, where a person hides from storms in his life. His shadow rises, symbolising resilience, truth, and courage, demanding acknowledgement. The moment captures fear transforming into resolve and determination.

The inspiration came from failure, exhaustion, and quiet inner rebellion. I worked intuitively, layering colours before allowing structure to emerge. The final strokes felt decisive, like choosing hope despite uncertainty.

Dark swirling textures express confusion and emotional weight. In addition, the neon yellow lines which cut through represent resistance and awakening. The marks, as if cracks in the middle of the canvas and scratches around it, reveal pressure, struggle, and transformation beneath the surface.

With this piece, I want you to feel seen, encouraged, and get inspired from within. I also hope to inspire courage during our everyday battles. Its purpose is to remind us that eventually, we will be in the “Glorious Moment.”
